John Fox is the guitarist for D.C. NOVA punk/harDCore band United Mutaion. For over thirty-five years United Mutation has been creating ear bending music once described as, "Mixing in many musical influences not normally associated with punk, from California-style psychedelia to near free-jazz soundscapes." John has also assisted in releasing many D.C. area punk/harDCore recordings under DSI Records.

Don Zientara is a legendary recorder producer from Arlington, Virginia. Starting in the 1970s and continuing today with his recording studio, Inner Ear. Don has recorded some of the most influential punk and hardcore bands of the Washington D.C. area and beyond. Aside from his recording career Don is also an accomplished musician. His folk band, Underheaven plays out often.

XU Shots Publishing is proud to announce its first release of a limited-edition photo t-shirt of 80's D.C. punk band Indian Summer. This shirt was made for Indian Summer's 30th anniversary reunion show that occurred on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the VFW Post #9274 located in Falls Church, Virginia. This 1988 image was photographed at the Ashton Heights Women's Club in Arlington, Virginia by XU Shots founder Chris Henderson. The photo exudes the energy of guitarist Steve Francis leaping about the stage.
